About Zach Stahlecker, CMT
I have had an interest in massage from the time I was very young. I have a remarkable ability to relate to people and a strong desire to heal and relieve pain through my work. Performing bodywork has become an energizing outlet for myself and has and continues to meet such wonderful people. My philosophy is that even the most severe conditions can be turned around through mind, body, and soul connection.

Massage and Back Pain
Most of my clients see me for pain relief. It is no surprise either as more and more research is being published describing the increase of people using massage therapy as a way to relieve many types of pain. In addition to pain relief there are many other benefits of massage therapy. I have been trained in numerous modalities that are specifically designed to relieve pain.

Amazing Water Facts
It is important to drink a lot of water after a massage. Massage helps to push toxins out of your muscles and into your lymphatic system to be removed as waste; drinking water after a massage aids in the flushing of the lymph system and the removal of these toxins. Remember it is essential to drink adequate amounts of water at all times, not just after a massage.
