Corporate Chair Massage Massage therapy is a great way to retain employees, reward your staff for a job well done and maintain healthy, happy employees. Perfect for Corporate morale events, crunch times, any time your hard-working employees need to be re-energized! To get the most out of your money, creating appointments for your employees will insure the number of people receiving massage is maximized. I will provide a scheduling form via email to assist you in this process. Chair massage is available for your employees in 5, 10, 15, and 20 minute increments. Please contact me with help determining your specific needs. Be aware that I will need 5 minutes between each massage to sanitize and adjust the chair, sanitize my hands, and for your employees to sign release forms. I will also take a non-paid 30 minute break every two hours. $90 - The 1st hour $35 - Each additional half hour

Space Requirements Minimum space required to perform chair massage is 7ft x 7ft. Although privacy is a plus, it is not necessary as the client is fully clothed throughout the session, and oil is not used. Policies Payment: All payments will be completed at the time of arrival. I accept Cash & Checks for outcall massage. Make checks payable to Zach Stahlecker. Travel Fees: A $2 per mile travel fee may apply if your location is more than 10 miles from my office. I use MapQuest to determine the exact amount. Cancellation: All cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice, or a $40 service fee will be billed to you. Intake & Consent Forms: At the time you book your first appointment, Zach will gather some information from you during his screening process. At the time of your first massage you will be asked fill out an intake and consent form. Professional Massage: The massage Zach provides is strictly a therapeutic, non-sexual, massage. The session will be terminated upon any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances. A refund will not be issued, and further action may be taken. Tardiness: Clients do not have a grace period for chair massage. Any tardiness will be taken off of the massage's total time and the client will be billed the full amount for the service. Parking fees: The client is responsible for any parking fees (Usually office or hotel). Age Limitations: Zach does not perform chair massage on anyone under the age of 18, unless accompanied by their parent or guardian. Right to Refuse: Zach reserves the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
