About Zach Stahlecker, CMT
Hi, I am Zach Stahlecker, Certified Massage Therapist in Sacramento. I am fortunate to have the experience of working in both a spa and a chiropractor’s office; doing so has allowed me to create my own environment to unite serenity with healing. I pride myself on providing professional therapeutic services in a warm and comfortable manner.
Certified in February 2005, I graduated from California Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences. CIHAS is known for its intense massage therapy program with comprehensive training in various techniques, self-care education, and anatomy.
Continuing education is a crucial part to my success. My training in various modalities include: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Prenatal Massage, Shiatsu, many spa techniques, and various other aspects of massage therapy and massage modalities.
In mid 2006 I completed my training to become a Certified Infant Massage Educator. Once again I have found another fascinating way to bring massage into the lives of more people.
